- 5+ years sterile compounding & home infusion or hospital IV admixture experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of USP <797>, <800>, and DEA controlled substance regulations

Clinical Quality & Compliance Director

Direct environmental monitoring, particle count logging, media fill testing, employee sterile garbing competencies, and ACHC / URAC accreditation audits.
Core Qualifications
- PharmD or Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related clinical field
- Deep expertise in aseptic processing, microbiology testing, and beyond-use date protocols
- Experience preparing cleanroom facilities for state board, FDA, and accreditation inspections

Specialty Compounding Technicians (CPhT)

Execute sterile preparation of IVIG, TPN, acute anti-infectives, and cardiac inotropes within ISO Class 5 laminar airflow workstations.
Core Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) registered in the State of Florida
- Documented aseptic training compliant with USP <797> / <800>
- Gravimetric automation, CADD ambulatory pump staging, and sterile filtration experience
- Attention to detail, strict adherence to garbing protocols, and hygiene discipline
Infusion Medical Billing & Prior Authorization Specialists

Navigate commercial PBM networks, major health plans, and Medicare to secure rapid prior authorizations and clean claims for complex therapies.
Core Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with specialty pharmacy or home infusion medical billing (J-codes, Per Diem, HCPCS)
- Proven track record overcoming payer prior-auth hurdles for biologics and IVIG
- Proficiency with specialty pharmacy management systems and electronic claims scrubbers
- Patient-first advocacy to minimize out-of-pocket costs and co-pay burden
Specialty Infusion / Vascular Access Nurses

Provide on-site outpatient infusions and mobile home visits across Broward and Palm Beach for patient line placement, therapy administration, and education.
Core Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license with CRNI or VA-BC certification strongly preferred
- Extensive experience with peripheral IVs, midline/PICC maintenance, and pump troubleshooting
- Exceptional bedside manner, patient education, and compassionate communication

Cold-Chain Courier & Logistics Dispatch

Coordinate same-day, temperature-monitored courier delivery of fragile, short-shelf-life patient compounds to homes, hospitals, and clinics.
Core Qualifications
- Clean driving record and reliable experience in pharmaceutical / biological courier operations
- Familiarity with digital cold-chain data loggers, validated insulated containers, and route optimization
- Punctuality, discretion, and professional interaction with healthcare providers and patients
- Flexible schedule with occasional on-call emergency delivery capability
